Christmas Program at Cubero Elementary Reminder: The Christmas Program will be on Thursday, December 21st in the Gym. Kinder through 3rd grade are scheduled from 12:30 to 1:30 pm. Doors will open at 12:15 for this session. The 4th through 6th grade session is at 1:30 to 2:30 pm. Doors will open as soon as the first session is concluded. Due to limited seating Cubero Elem. is only allowing a total of 6 guests per family, meaning if two siblings are scheduled for the same session, a total of 6 family members can attend. It does NOT mean 6 guests per student.

Cubero Elementary celebrates Veteran's Day. Thank you to all the Veterans for your service. Great job to our students and staff for all the time and energy put into a beautiful performance.
The 2023 New Mexico State Fair was held at EXPO NM in September.
The Student Art School Arts exhibit, sponsored by NMPED, is always a highlight demonstrating the unique talents of students across New Mexico's art programs.
Students from Cubero Elementary had the opportunity to display their skills at the exhibit. They were recognized at a school wide assembly with a presentation of ribbons .
Halloween Day at Cubero Elementary!
Reminder that our Trunk-or-Treat is on Tuesday the 31st. Participants may start arriving at 12:00 pm. We will close the gates at 12:30pm to prevent accidents and delays. The students will then be sent out in grade level order at approximately 12:35pm or once all vehicles are ready.

Cubero Tigers celebrate Hispanic Heritage month. Students and staff got to experience Hispanic culture through various activities throughout the week. We encourage our students to be proud of who they are and where they come from.
Thank you to our fathers and father figures for a great Watch D.O.G.S. kick-off turn out! Your involvement in your students education is valued and appreciated. We hope to see you at school soon.

Photos are coming to Cubero Elementary School on 09/29/23 (this Friday).
All students will be photographed and you will receive a proof to see your student's photo before you buy the bigger portraits.
We are offering some discounted Picture Day Specials that must be turned into the photographer on picture day. Additional items/packages will be available for purchase online as usual. You will receive a proof about 1 week after picture day for those.
They will be photographed on a green screen so please avoid green and you will be able to pick your background for individuals when you place your order.
