Early College High School Students finally had their FIRST Spring Fling Dance on April 22nd. The dance was held on NMSU Campus in the Yoga Room above the Gym. ECHS is very thankful for NMSU for allowing us to use the room. The size was PERFECT! Brad Louis and his family volunteered to DJ for the dance. Thank You Brad and Family! You all played some great music.
The students and staff really enjoyed themselves. They ate, danced and spent time with their peers. Some of Laguna-Acoma and GHS students were invited as a guest. ECHS students really enjoyed having them here and made them feel welcome.
Are next big event will be next year. ECHS is planning on having Jr & Sr PROM. This will be exciting. These students deserve a little time to get out of the classroom and enjoy themselves and have FUN. They have missed so much these past two years. It is time for them to start new and enjoyable memories.
