Oh My! Where has the Summer Gone! It is that time to get ready for Back to School!

Freshmen Parents:
Here is a list of documents you will need to bring in with you at time of registration:
1. Birth Certificate
2. Social Security Card
3. Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB) (If applicable)
4. Current Immunization Record
5. Current Physical (if playing sports)
6. Any other legal documentation/medical history
*7. COVID Vaccine Card (if applicable)
All other classmen:
Please bring in:
1. Updated & Current Immunization
2. Updated & Current Physical (for sports)
3. Anything that needs to be updated, Medical History...etc.
