Performing Arts at Grants High School announces auditions for the Spring 2024 Musical. This year we will present Back to the 80's by Neil Gooding. From the era that brought the world the Rubik's Cube, Max Headroom and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comes the "totally awesome" musical Back to the 80's. In the style of movies such as Back to the Future, Ferris Bueller's Day Off and The Karate Kid, Back to the 80's is a nostalgic romp through the greatest hits of the decade. Some of the 80's hits that you will during the show include:
- Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go
- Kids In America
- Girls Just Want To Have Fun
- We Built This City
- Mickey
- Video Killed The Radio Star
- Believe It Or Not
- Morning Train (9 to 5)
- I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles)
- You Give Love A Bad Name
Auditions for Back to the 80's will be October 3rd and 4th in the Grants HS Choir Room. The spring will musical will be presented April 4th, 5th, and 6th at the Grants High School Auditorium.
