The mission of the Grants Cibola County Schools Security Team is to ensure a safe, secure and supportive learning environment for all students, staff and visitors by focusing on: 

Protection & Prevention  - Implement proactive measures and emergency preparedness to prevent incidents and ensure rapid, effective responses to potential threats. 

Positive Presence - Foster trust and relationships with students, staff and the community through consistent, respectful and approachable security practices. 

Collaboration & Accountability - Partner with local law enforcement, school administration and families to uphold safety standards while promoting transparency, responsibility and continuous improvement.
