We want to give a shout out to Sally Gallegos, an Instructional Coach at Grants High School! She organized an activity where GCCS district students as well as students from St. Teresa School created 866 valentines to be distributed to local seniors at the Senior Citizen Center, Good Samaritan Center, and the Rainbow Center in Laguna. Thank you Sally and all of the students involved for making Valentine's Day a little sweeter for our area seniors!

Attn GCCS Community! Don't forget that the Quad is next weekend on February 19th! They will also be having the 10th Annual Mt. Taylor Kids Quadrathlon! If your kids are entered, please make sure to take lots of pictures and share them with us! There is still time to sign up for the Adult Quad and you can register your kids the evening of the 18th at the convention center.

Grants Cibola County Schools is proud to announce the acquisition of our new GCCS Security Vehicle that was purchased with WindFarm Funds! The vehicle will be used by security personnel to patrol all school sites.

Due to the rise in Positive Covid Cases, Cubero Elementary School will be on a virtual schedule starting tomorrow, January 13th and will return to in person learning on Tuesday, January 18th. During this time, curbside meal pickup will be at the bus stop from 11 am to 12:30 pm.
Just a reminder to everyone, all of Grants Cibola County Schools and Departments will be closed on January 17th in observation of Martin Luther King Jr Day.
